Completed new-construction inspection
For a completed home that is ready for occupancy. Construction-phase, pre-drywall, and code inspections are not offered.
1-year builder warranty inspection
An inspection before the builder warranty period ends.
Seller's pre-listing inspection
An inspection for a homeowner preparing to list a property for sale.
Verification of Repairs inspection
A follow-up inspection of repairs that were previously identified.
